Plus, these high protein meats are also very filling meaning that you will eat less and feel full longer. 

Leafy Greens- vegetables such as spinach and kale are excellent sources of vitamins and fibre. They are also low in carbs and calories which means you can eat a lot of them. The fibre makes losing weight easy since it will keep you feeling fuller, longer.
