We have all seen those “Eat This, Not That” books at the bookstore or online and have always wondered just what it is they have us eating instead of that delicious double cheeseburger with extra chips. For many of us, the substitutions either weren’t tempting enough, or they just weren’t feasible. We need easy. We like easy and we can adhere to those things in our life that are easy so if we can find a healthy substitute for the junk food that we eat that is easy and convenient, we are more than likely to give it a try.
