Vegetarian and Vegan Diets Pros and Cons

Research shows that more and more people are choosing vegetarian or vegan diets as a way of improving their overall health and becoming more aware of the food they put in their bodies. Some are even adding a vegetarian meal to their weekly menu as a way of cutting back on the amount of red meat they eat. Whatever your reason for choosing either a vegetarian or vegan diet, you should know the pros and cons that come along with it.
