How To Start The New Year With Better Nutrition

Every year around this time, people take a break from their holiday shopping and start thinking about the new year ahead. They make New Year’s resolutions and plan to stick to them no matter what. Some fail, while others do a very good job at sticking to their resolutions whatever they may be. While many of these resolutions include losing weight, saving money or becoming a better person, the number one New Year’s resolution is to eat healthier. This is a challenging one because our brains are programmed to like the foods we are eating now and trying to drastically change our eating habits can be difficult for many.
